What was once a garage has been transformed into an incredible rustic café with a menu that will blow you away – where are we you ask… The Bakers Wife!

The rustic vibe of exposed multi-toned bricks are softened with warm polished floors and a mural painted wall by famous Australian street artist Mimby Jones Roberson – all these elements create a space of warm comfort.

Sisters Sophia and Jana Andrianopoulos have been brought up in the hospitality scene and know exactly what they are doing!

The pair always wanted to create something with the guidance of their mother and step father who has been a long-time baker (hence the name The Bakers Wife). The sisters teamed up with head chef Stephen Mitchell and business partner Marcus Casa (head baker) to create a menu that will have you coming back for more!

The menu is inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern style food and as you would have guessed, everything is baked on site daily using the finest local and seasonal produce.

The dishes we couldn’t go past are the ‘Sweet Corn Fritters’ avocado and feta smash, kasundi relish and lime… or for the sweet tooth the ‘House Made Granola’ with blueberry panna cotta, raspberry gel and fresh fruit is unbelievable.

For the coffee lovers you’ll be excited to know The Bakers Wife serves only the best All Press Coffee.

Of course fresh juices, smoothies, Matcha and turmeric lattes are all there too – there’s nothing they don’t do.

The Bakers Wife isn’t your everyday typical café. It’s so much more!  This is the perfect place to spend the cold winter mornings.
