125 Flinders Lane, Melbourne

Since opening five years ago Chin Chin is still one of Australia’s best restaurants.  Queues lining up down Flinders Lane. While a wait for a table can be up to 4 hours.  Owner Chris Lucas decided it was time for change.

While plenty of work’s gone into the renovation it’s still the same Chin Chin we all know and love, just a little more fresh and grown-up!

Executive chef Benjamin Cooper has been polishing the menu the last 12 months. Ditching 30 percent of the dishes that were on the old menu, while adding new recipes to excite us all!

On the other hand behind the scenes one of the most substantial changes to the Lucas Group is Philip Rich, who is one of the most respected people in Australian wine. Managing wine cellars such as Circa and Stokehouse. Be prepared you might be waking up with a sore head the next day!

While the fans of the Old GoGo Bar should know it’s completely new and much better!

Exciting times ahead on Melbourne’s food scene. Make sure you get there early and put your name on the wait list and head down for a drink at GoGo bar while you wait for your table. This is one of Melbourne’s hottest restaurant right now!
